About Ultimate Fitness Connection
People initially come to Ultimate Fitness Connection because they are completely frustrated with their weight, lack motivation, hate the way they look, and simply need help!
It is extremely hard and confusing trying to decide what program to follow and what will best suit you.
I can help solve all of these problems. I will customize your diet and training program and base your program on your goals, level of experience, and lifestyle. A very common mistake that I see trainers make in the fitness industry is using their own training program for their clients. I will not do that as everybody is different and it's important to customize a program based on the client, not on the trainer.
I can help you, but of course you must meet us half way. It does take work and effort to completely change your body. I always like to be upfront and honest with my clients convincing them that it does take time and energy to change. Unfortunately in the fitness world, some companies and trainers love to sell quick fixes. They basically are saying that you practically don't have to do anything and you'll change overnight. I feel that people are tired of lies and can see through quick fixes. Most people just want the truth. I'm here to say that yes, changing your body and your life does take time and energy, but it's doable and worth it! We will be here every step of the way helping and guiding you so that you can reach your goal.

Profile: Head Trainer

My name is Joshua Pecastaing, growing up I played a variety of sport including basketball and soccer.
One of my main achievements and passion over the last 12 years has been martial arts. I started in 1995 at the age of 11, studying Zen Do Kai under my mentor and instructor Sensei Frank Barca. In 1999 at the age of 15 I was promoted to black belt level in this style.
Over the past 8 years I have been studying the arts of Koryu-Uchinadi Kenpo Jutsu and in 2006 I was promoted with a 2nd Degree black belt in this style still under my Instructor Sensei Frank Barca.
Along with the martial arts I also cross train in the fields of running and cycling with a 2 time Australian Iron Man athlete.
Weight training is another huge part of my fitness as it is essential for every day activities and especially as I have been studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the last 4 years.
Some of my other interest and hobbies include things as outdoor sports, music and spending time with family and friends.
